How the Journey Is Structured
The 12 weeks are designed as a progressive journey, not a collection of disconnected sessions.
Each phase builds on the last, helping you move from awareness and understanding toward confidence, self-trust, and long-term ownership.
Phase 1: Awareness & Direction (Weeks 1–3)
Understanding what's really going on — without judgement.
We begin by slowing things down.
