I’m based in Newcastle, Australia and bring curiosity, patience, and a real-life perspective to the way I support clients.
I work with people who want meaningful, lasting change — and who are willing to look beneath the surface of habits and routines to understand what’s really driving them.
A different approach to lifestyle change
Most people already know what they should be doing to improve their health — moving more, eating better, managing stress, and prioritising sleep.
And yet, lasting change often feels frustratingly hard to maintain.
My work as a Health & Wellness Coach is centred on understanding why change is difficult, not just what needs to change — and supporting people to build realistic, sustainable habits that fit into real life.
Not through pressure or perfection, but through clarity, support, and compassion.
I’ve seen how often people blame themselves when change doesn’t stick.
They assume they lack motivation, discipline, or willpower — when in reality, the plans they’re following are rarely designed for the complexity of everyday life.
I don’t believe people fail at change.
I believe they’re often trying to make changes in environments, routines, and circumstances that don’t support them.
Coaching creates space to slow down, reflect, and understand what’s really going on — so change becomes something you work with, not something you constantly feel behind on.
My approach is:
We work together to:
Coaching is not about being told what to do.
It’s about developing insight, self-trust, and practical strategies that make sense for your life.
Commitment and Readiness
This style of coaching works best when there’s a genuine desire for something to be better or different — and a willingness to engage honestly in the process.
You don’t need constant motivation, but change does need to matter to you at some level.
My role isn’t to convince you to change.
It’s to support you once you’ve decided it’s important.
I’m a qualified Health & Wellness Coach, holding a Professional Certificate in Health & Wellness Coaching, and I’m a member of the Health Coaches Australia & New Zealand Association (HCANZA).
My practice is grounded in:
I work alongside clients in a supportive role and collaborate with other health professionals where appropriate.
Coaching may be a good fit if you:
If that resonates, the first step is a short, no-cost introductory conversation. This gives us both a chance to see whether working together feels like the right fit.
This style of coaching may not be the right fit if you’re:
Coaching works best as a partnership.
If you’re open to taking responsibility, exploring what’s getting in the way, and building change gradually and realistically, this approach is likely to feel supportive and worthwhile.
If that doesn’t feel like the right fit right now, that’s okay. Coaching is most effective when the timing is right.
If you’d like to explore coaching further, you’re welcome to register your interest or book an introductory conversation.
There’s no obligation — just a chance to talk things through.

If you’d like a quiet starting point, I’ve created a short ebook that explores why change is hard
— and what helps.
