Many people come to coaching looking for answers — what to eat, how to exercise, how to stay motivated, or how to finally “get back on track”.
While those questions make sense, they’re rarely the real reason change hasn’t lasted.
In my coaching, I don’t just focus on the issue you bring.
I focus on you — the person navigating it.
My coaching philosophy
Lasting change doesn’t come from fixing surface-level problems.
It comes from understanding what’s driving behaviour underneath — beliefs, emotions, values, stress, identity, environment, and past experiences.
That’s why I work from a simple principle:
When we strengthen the person, problems become easier to work through — and future challenges are easier to handle.
Rather than rushing into solutions, I help clients slow down, build awareness, and reconnect with what actually matters to them.
What this looks like in practice
In our one-to-one coaching conversations, you can expect:
We still work on health, habits, and behaviour change — but we do it in a way that strengthens you, not just your willpower.
What this style of coaching is not
This approach is not about:
Instead, we work at a pace that’s realistic, sustainable, and respectful of where you’re at — while still supporting meaningful progress.
How this approach is delivered
My primary offering is a structured 12-week coaching journey designed to give this work time to settle and become sustainable.
Rather than rushing into change, the journey begins with awareness, gradually moves into designing supportive habits and environments, and finishes with confidence and independence.
You can explore how that journey unfolds here → 12-Week Coaching Journey
Who this style of coaching tends to suit
This approach often suits people who:
You don’t need constant motivation.
What matters is a genuine desire for something to be better or different — and a willingness to engage honestly in the work.
If that desire isn’t there yet, coaching may not be the right step right now — and that’s okay.
Scope of Practice and Boundaries
As a Health & Wellness Coach, I work with adults who want to build sustainable, realistic habits that support their health and overall wellbeing.
My scope of practice focuses on behaviour change, self-awareness, and practical lifestyle support — rather than diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptive advice.
Clients commonly seek support around areas such as weight management, nutrition habits, movement, sleep, stress, energy management, and daily routines, alongside the broader life factors that influence these behaviours — including mindset, identity, emotional awareness, environment, and capacity.
Coaching is delivered through a collaborative, non-judgemental process that helps clients understand their patterns, design supportive structures, and build confidence and self-trust over time.
This work is not therapy, counselling, or medical care, and it does not replace support from medical or allied health professionals. I work within clear professional boundaries and encourage collaboration or referral where appropriate.
Your role and my role
My role isn’t to fix you or take over.
My role is to:
Your role is to stay honest, open, and engaged in the process.
We work as partners.
If this way of working feels aligned, the next step is simple.
The first step
If this approach resonates, the first step is a short, no-cost introductory conversation.
It’s simply a chance for us to talk, explore what’s going on for you, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
No pressure.
Just a conversation.

If you’d like a quiet starting point, I’ve created a short ebook that explores why change is hard — and what helps.
