Behaviour Clarity Session

A one-off coaching conversation designed to help you better understand what's getting in the way, and the habits, behaviours, and influences contributing to it.


Why People Get Stuck


Most people already know more than enough about what they "should" be doing.


The challenge is often understanding why good intentions don't consistently translate into action.


The Behaviour Clarity Session is designed to help bridge that gap.

 

Sometimes people want to:

  • stop procrastinating 
  • improve sleep 
  • spend less time on their phone 


Yet despite their best intentions, they keep finding themselves back in the same place.


The Behaviour Clarity Session is a one-off coaching conversation designed to help you better understand what may be getting in the way.

This session may be helpful if you:

* Keep starting and stopping

* Know what you "should" do but struggle to follow through

* Feel frustrated by a lack of progress

* Want a clearer understanding of what's getting in the way

What We Explore


During the session we explore four key questions:


What is happening?


What patterns, behaviours, habits, or situations keep showing up?


What does it mean?


What beliefs, assumptions, expectations, or stories may be influencing the situation?


What feels difficult?


What obstacles, concerns, frustrations, or challenges are making change harder?


What might this be protecting or providing?


What purpose might the behaviour be serving? What needs might it be meeting?



What You'll Walk Away With


Following the session, you'll receive a personalised Behaviour Clarity Session Summary outlining:


* Key observations and insights

* Possible influences contributing to the challenge

* Reflection questions to consider

* A practical experiment to explore

* A framework for understanding the situation more clearly



What This Session Is Not


The Behaviour Clarity Session is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional advice.


It is also not about being told what to do.


Instead, it provides a supportive space to better understand yourself, your behaviours, and the factors that may be influencing them.

Duration: Approximately 60 minutes


Format: Phone coaching session


Fee: $99 AUD

Ongoing Support


Some people find that a single session provides enough insight and direction to move forward independently.


Others choose to continue with coaching support while putting these ideas into practice.
